Weyburn Colosseum

The Weyburn Colosseum is an indoor arena located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. It was built in 1960 and is home to the Weyburn Red Wings of the SJHL. The building's capacity is about 1,950. It was used by the Red Wings during their short stint in the Western Hockey League as well. It is currently undergoing renovations. A new roof, new concession, new bucket seats, and about fifteen luxury boxes are to be prepared by sometime around December 2008. After these renovations the arena's capacity will only be around 1,200, just big enough for the SJHL's average attendance of around 850.
