Hathern Railway Station was a station serving the village of
Hathern inLeicestershire ,England . and its up for sale at £495,000It was built by the
Midland Railway on the line originally opened in1839 by theMidland Counties Railway . This line is now part of theMidland Main Line betweenLoughborough andLong Eaton Built in 1868, it actually lay a mile and a half from the village, and closed in 1960.
The station buildings remain, used as a private house and recording studios with a specialist engineering workshop.
