Paris Michael Lenon (born November 26, 1977 in Lynchburg, Virginia) is an American football linebacker for the Detroit Lions of the NFL. He attended the University of Richmond.

High School Years

Lenon attended Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Virginia and won two varsity letters each in football and basketball, and one in baseball. In football, he played free safety and quarterback, and was named the Western Valley District Defensive Player of the Year.Lenon graduated from Heritage High School in 1995.

College Years

Lenon attended the University of Richmond and was a four-year letterman and a three-year starter in football.

Green Bay Packers

Lenon spent the first five seasons of his career with the Green Bay Packers, where he played in 64 consecutive games upon joining the Packers' active roster in 2002. In these games, he got 136 tackles, eight deflected passes, and one and a half sacks.

Detroit Lions

Lenon signed a three-year deal with the Detroit Lions March 22, 2006. His 2006 season was his career best. He totaled 71 tackles, and got an interception in a game at Lambeau Field against his former team, the Green Bay Packers.
