Yaakov Ben-Yezri ( _he. יעקב בן-יזרי, born 1927) is an Israeli politician, and the current Minister of Health. He is a Knesset member on behalf of Gil, the Israeli pensioners' party.

Ben-Yezri was born in Morocco. He is the chairman of the Central Pensioners' Fund. He is former national chairman of the Health Funds' Workers Organization and chairman of the Health Funds' Pensioners Organization, and has served on the Pardes Hanna-Karkur regional council.

Ben-Yezri is known as one of the foremost experts on pension funds and healthcare in Israel. He was voted into the 17th Knesset in the 2006 elections. As of May 4, 2006, he is the Minister of Health.
