- 7th Infantry Brigade (Guards)
The 7th Infantry Brigade (Guards) was a British Army formation in the Second World War , it served with the British 3rd Infantry Division in France and Belgium 1940. On 15th September 1941 it was converted to the Guards Support Group . On 8th December 1941 it was reformed from the British 37th Infantry Brigade serving with British 9th Armoured Division from June 1942 to July 1944 followed by the British 47th Infantry Division from the 10th September 1944 until August 1945 . On 30th September 1944 it was reorganised as a reserve brigade.
