Iran ianShahab-1 missile. The missile itself is a variant of the Scud-C, built from 1990 with the assistance of North Korea. North Korea also aided Iran in converting a missile maintenance facility into an assembly plant for the Scud-CsFact|date=September 2007.The missile has a CEP of 50 m, and capable of striking targets in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Iraq.
