= ExpoNG - Expo Narrow Gauge =
ExpoNG is the familiar name for 'Expo Narrow Gauge', the model railway exhibition dedicated to modelling
narrow gauge railways in all their forms. It is held annually at the end of October by the Greenwich and District Narrow Gauge Railway Society, at the White Oak Leisure Centre, Hilda May Avenue, inSwanley ,Kent . It is the largest specialistNarrow Gauge railway modelling event held in theUK and probably the biggest in Europe. It includes narrow gauge model railway layouts and models in all major scales, traders and manufacturers from theUK ,Europe and theUSA , modelling and prototype societies, as well as demonstrations of modelling techniques.Exhibition Competitions

*The 2007 competition was an internal GDNGRS members only competition, to build a 'pizza layout'. Won by Simon Cox with Withywindle Mill.
*The 2006 competition was the Railcar Rumble - Class 1 for scales between G and 5.5mm was won by Don Sibley. Class 2 for scales under 5.5mm was won by Peter Wilson.

*The 2004 competition was the Shoebox Challenge - build a working model railway that is totally contained by a shoe box.
