Shahbandar

Shahbandar

Shahbandar (Shahbunder, Shahbundar, Shāhbandar) (Urdu: شاہ بندر ) is located in Thatta District, Sindh, Pakistan. The British East India Company established a trading factory in Shahbandar in 1758 during the Kalhora Dynasty.

Apart from that, Shahbandar also refers to an administrative legal/judicial position within Malay stratification.
