Tweede Exloërmond (coord|52|55|N|6|56|E|type:city(1427)) is a town in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Borger-Odoorn, and lies about 15 km north of Emmen.

In 2001, the town of Tweede Exloërmond had 1427 inhabitants.
