Sir John Gage (1479 - 1557) was a politician of the Tudor period in England. Offices held included:
* Vice Chamberlain of the Royal Household (1528-1536)
* Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1533-1547)
* Comptroller of the Household (1540-1547)
* Constable of the Tower
