Letchworth Garden City station serves the town of Letchworth in Hertfordshire, England. The station is on the Hitchin-Cambridge Line 56 km (34¾ miles) north of London Kings Cross, and is an important stop for services between King's Cross and Cambridge. Trains which serve the station are operated by First Capital Connect.
The station was built in 1912, in the Arts and Crafts manner, and have since been Grade II listed [cite web|url=http://www.north-herts.gov.uk/item_12_-_letchworth_railway_station__station_place__letchworth_garden_city.pdf|title=Planning Committee Refereal|accessdate=2008-06-15|date=July 2007] .
The station was known until recently as "Letchworth"" and was originally intended to have 4 platforms comprising of two island platforms. However, since its opening only two platforms have been used.

Daily there are two trains per hour southbound towards London Kings Cross and two per hour northbound towards Cambridge. There is also a Monday to Saturday daytime hourly service via Hertford North to London (Monday to Fridays Moorgate and Saturdays to London Kings Cross).
