Mary Sadler

Mary Sadler

Mary Sadler was born on 2 May 1941 in the Netherlands and emigrated with parents to South Africa while still a child. She grew up in Upington at the Orange River (Gariep), the setting of her historical novel, Sand. She is currently working on a series of Afrikaans 'Westerns', with an adventurer called Lang Henning as the main protagonist.
