A. Sreekar Prasad (commonly referred to as Sreekar Prasad) is a film editor from [andhra pradesh] , India. He has won the National Film Award for Best Editing six times throughout a career spanning over two decades, his last win being for his work on the acclaimed feature film "Kannathil Muthamittal" (2002), directed by Mani Ratnam.He has worked for Tamil,Telugu and Malayalam industries.

Some of the films Sreekar Prasad has edited include "Kannathil Muthamittal" (2002), "Alaipayuthey" (2000), "Vaanaprastham" (1999), "Aayitha Ezhuthu" (2004) and "Yuva" (2004). He recently worked as editor on the film " Navarasa" (2005), directed by Santosh Sivan.Presently, Sreekar Prasad is worked on the films "Pokiri"( [2007] ), "Guru"( [2007] ), "Sainikudu"( [2007] ) and "Sila Nerangalil"( [2007] ).He was well known by all in the tamil industry for the working in the block buster movie "Billa"( [2007] ).
