O‘tkir To‘xtamurodovich Sultonov (Russified form Уткир Тухтамурадович Султанов Utkir Tukhtamuradovich Sultanov is also used) (born 1939) was the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan from 21 December 1995 until December 11, 2003.^[1]

He was replaced with Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
