Supplementary Planning Documents

Established as part of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 in United Kingdom law, a Supplementary Planning Document is a Local Development Document that may cover a range of issues, thematic or site specific, and provides further detail of policies and proposals in a 'parent' Development Plan Document.
