She married David Geddes in 1948 and was later a friend ofBenjamin Britten andPeter Pears . She studiedpsychology in theUSA and thenReichian analysis inOslo .With her husband she moved to
Shanghai and witnessedt'ai chi and decided to seek a teacher. She studied inHong Kong withChoy Hawk Pang and then his sonChoy Kam Man .Publications
