Hou Xuan was an officer serving under Han Sui during the Three Kingdoms period.

When Ma Chao went to raise an army against Cao Cao, Hou Xuan fought alongside his lord, Han Sui. At the time when Han Sui fell out with Ma Chao, Hou Xuan along with Han Sui both surrendered to Cao Cao.
