Naot Footwear (pronounced Na-oat) is manufactured at Kibbutz Naot Mordechai in Israel. Naot manufactures shoes and sandals .

The company, which opened in 1942, makes shoes and sandals for men, women and children with special anatomical insoles that conform to the shape of the wearer's foot. Naot started out as a small kibbutz factory that produced work boots. Now it employs 160 workers and designs a new line of footwear every year to keep up with global fashion trends.
