European Liberal Youth (LYMEC - Liberal and Radical Youth Movement of the European Community) is an international organisation of Liberal youth movements - mostly the youth wings of members of the European Liberal, Democrat and Reform Party.

Full members status is held to the European Youth Forum (YFJ) which operates within the Council of Europe and European Union areas and works closely with both these bodies.

LYMEC is the official youth-wing of the ELDR Party, and holds separate votes in the statutory bodies of the ELDR Party. It is normally known as LYMEC - European Youth, since it has members in virtually every nation in Europe. One of the most notable exceptions is France.
