WLAJ-DT 53-2 "CW5" is The CW affiliate for the Lansing, Michigan television market. It is owned by Freedom Communications, originally part of the WB 100+ Station Group. Freedom Communications also owns WLAJ, Lansing's ABC affiliate. WLAJ DT 53-2 as its known on station ID's is affiliated with The CW . It also became available on WLAJ's digital. Former UPN affiliate WHTV began carrying MyNetwork TV at the same time, and dropped the WBL moniker when the CW was formed. WLAJ-DT2 also airs a newscast produced by WLAJ, "ABC3 News at 10 on Lansing's CW5".

WLAJ-DT2 also produces a late night talk show, "Text Me TV" which also airs on sister station and CW affiliate WWMT-DT2.
