"Working Lunch" is a television programme shown on BBC Two which covers business, personal finance and consumer news. The programme was first shown on 19 September 1994. It has become somewhat famous for its quirky friendly style especially compared to other BBC business shows such as "World Business Report".

The title sequence involves a goldfish trying to escape from a shark onboard a sunken ship. The programme graphics also reflect this style with the background of the studio resembling water. Other graphics on the show follow a theme that is best described as "bad clipart" which adds to the quirky edge.

The show is set for a relaunch on October 6th, with new titles, set and presenters. The trademark fish will be replaced with a pig. Presenters & Reporters

Originally, the show was presented by Adam Shaw and Adrian Chiles. Adrian left the programme on the 26 January 2007 after 12 years on the show to host The One Show from May 2007. After Adrian Chiles left, he was replaced by [http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/working_lunch/5155118.stm Nik Wood] . On Fridays, Paddy O'Connell fronts the show with Adam Shaw instead of Nik Wood. Adam Shaw and Paddy O'Connell left the programme on the 26th September 2008.

Graeme le Saux also presented the programme in 2007 and delivered a series of reports from his birthplace, Jersey.

Jenny Culshaw, a senior producer on the show, also occasionally presents items.

From 6th October 2008, a revamped lineup saw BBC Breakfast's former business presenter, Declan Curry and Naga Munchetty take over studio presentation, with Nik Wood returning to his former role of roving reporter, now alongside Rob Pittam. The programme is broadcast generally all year around, usually only taking a break for Easter, Christmas and during the Wimbledon coverage.It is also off air during BBC's Olympic coverage.
