The Hong Kong Civic Association (Traditional Chinese: 香港公民協會, Simplified Chinese: 香港公民协会) is a political group founded in 1954 in Hong Kong by Dr. Hilton Cheong-Leen. In 1975 it claimed a membership of 10,000.
