Husník was one of the ten children of a Foersters. After the attendance of the schools in Hlavatice and Benešov , he completed the Prager six-form high school and steps 1853 into the painter academy one. It studies far in Antwerp with professor Joseph Henri François van Lerius . After its return it is active for the church to Uhrínevs. 1863 he becomes a teacher at the High School in Tábor . it drives, holds 1871 to Vienna lectures on its new methods and improves in the Viennese state State of the reproduction method. 1877 the appointment as the indication professor at the material High School takes place. After one year it makes beside independent and is based a workshop for zinkographie .
Research
Together with professor Schwarz it examines the so-called wet process when developing photographs. Its first discovery is a so-called zweitonige photograph. 1893 it perfects the three-colored reproduction for the printing and announces first patents.
Works
Husník wrote specialized books concerning its inventions.
