Parviz Parastui had worked in judicature before he became an actor. He began his acting talent by staring in the film "Diar-e Asheghan" . Following "Diar-e Asheghan", Parastui began a long lasting career in films .

After starring in films such as "Pishtazan-e Fath", "Hunting", etc, Parviz Parastui acted as "Sadeq Meshkini", a comedy role in the highly acclaimed yet controversial movie "Leily is with Me" directed by
Kamal Tabrizi .Thewar film "Leily is with me" brought a new prospective view to the Iran-Iraq war which up to then was viewed as taboo material. 2005 Fajr Film Festival . He had previously won the Diploma of Honour for the Best Leading Actor at the 1996 Fajr Film Festival for acting in "Leily Is With Me", as well as the Crystal Simorgh for Best Leading Actor from the same festival for his performance in "The Glass Agancy".Musical Activities
