Ratby Sports F.C.

Ratby Sports F.C. are a football club based in Ratby, near Leicester, Leicestershire, England. They play at the Ratby Sports Club, on Desford Lane, Ratby. They joined the Leicestershire Senior League Division One in 2000. For the 2008-09 season, they are members of the Leicestershire Senior League Premier Division. As of the 07/08 season Ratby have undergone a massive reconstruction on and off the pitch. Now under the leadership of local millionaire Matt Ginvert the club hopes to go from strength to strength. The new changing rooms are set to be completed in time for the 2008/09 season and after securing the services of one of the leagues brightest young managers Andy Miller for another season, big things are expected. Andy will continue to be assisted by Ben Longland with strong back up support by reserve managers Gaz Miller and Marc Finnegan.

They play on an awful pitch which needs better goalposts, a better stand and drainage system. The reserves are a top draw team though.
