Berne Convention can refer to:

*Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works;
*Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats;
*The Treaty of Bern, establishing the General Postal Union; and
*Berne Convention (1906) of the International Labour Organisation on the prohibition of white phosphorous in the matufacture of matches.
