stream which flows throughIseo-myeon inCheongdo County , southernGyeongsangbuk-do ,South Korea . It is a third-level tributary of theNakdong River , as it flows into theCheongdocheon , which in turn flows into theMiryang River , which in turn flows into the Nakdong. It rises from the slopes ofBonghwasan , which stands on the border of Cheongdo County andDaegu .The Seowoncheon takes its name from two "
seowon " near its course. These are theHeungseon Seowon andGeumho Seowon . "Seowon" were the principal form ofprivate education during theJoseon Dynasty .The Seowoncheon is best known for the
