Radclyffe (real name Len Barot [Jane Chen: [http://www.afterellen.com/archive/ellen/Print/2006/7/publishing2.html A Survey of the Lesbian Fiction Publishing Industry] AfterEllen.com, July 7, 2006] , born 1950Fact|date=August 2008) is an American author of numerous lesbian romances. A 2003/04 recipient of the Alice B. award for her body of work as well as a member of the Golden Crown Literary Society, Pink Ink, and the Romance Writers of America, she lives with her partner Lee [ [http://www.radfic.com/Bio.htm Author Bio] Radfic.com. Previously combining a full-time private clinic (where she worked as plastic surgeon) with writing books, she has since retired from medicine to devote herself full-time to writing.
