Andrej Dyńko ( _be. Андрэй Дынько) (born 1974) is a
Belarus ianjournalist and chief editor of the oldest Belarusian weekly newspaper, "Naša Niva ", and one of the editors of the magazine Arche.Adrej was born 1974 in
Brest, Belarus . He became a professor atMinsk State Linguistic University in 1997. In 1998 he became an editor to Arche (magazine) magazine, and in 1999 an editor for "Naša Niva ". Andrej left his as Professor, and became chief editor of "Naša Niva " in 2000. From 2002—2004 he was vice-president of the Belarusian PEN-Centre.In 2003 Andrej Dyńko became the first non-Czech chosen jointly with
Vaclav Havel to receive the Hanno R. Ellenbogen Citizenship Award from thePrague Society for International Cooperation .Sources
