Jason Garfield (born
August 9 ,1974 ) is ajuggler andentertainer , and also the founder and president of theWorld Juggling Federation (WJF).Born in
Connecticut ,USA , Garfield espouses the concept of "sport juggling," promoting that juggling should also be regarded as a form ofsport . He disagrees strongly with the belief that juggling is something only performed byclowns or othercircus acts. Garfield's stage performances can often be seen as a mixture ofstand-up comedy and demanding juggling routines. He has said "I hate most jugglers." Jason is regarded as one of the most controversial members of the juggling community.Garfield has won the International Juggling Association (IJA) Championships three times.
