SIOR

SIOR is an exclusive professional designation awarded by The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS to commercial real estate brokers.

To achieve the SIOR designation, members must:

# Have five years experience
# Maintain a dollar volume and number of transactions for three years (exact amount varies by market)
# Complete ethics course, "Maintain high ethical standards," and be bound by SIOR's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice
# Complete education requirements

Individuals who earn the SIOR designation adhere to the highest levels of accountability and ethical standards and are the most knowledgeable commercial real estate market experts.
