Yevgeniya Vladimirovna Medvedeva-Arbuzova ( _ru. Евгения Владимировна Медведева-Арбузова; born July 4, 1976) is a Russian cross-country skier who has competed since 1996. She won two medals at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin with a gold in the 4x5 km and a bronze in the 7.5 km + 7.5 km double pursuit.
Medvedeva-Arbuzova won a silver in the 4x5 km at the 2005 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships and finished 10th in the 10 km at those same championships. She has three individual victories at various levels in her career from 2002 to 2005.
