Battle of Giby

The Battle of Giby was fought on August 30, 1920, between Poland and Lithuania. The Lithuanians entrenched themselves, and when the Polish advanced, they opened fire. However, the Polish called in a French mediator, and the Lithuanians eventually agreed to withdraw.
