Pakistan Penal Code

The Pakistan Penal Code or PPC is the basis of all legislations in Pakistan. It was instituted in 1860 by the British colonial government in Pakistan. It is similar in sections to the Indian Penal Code but is more religiously oriented. The Penal Code has been amended several times since the independence of Pakistan.
