Carnival Band Secretaries League

The Marching Display Bands Association (formerly known as the Carnival Band Secretaries League (CBSL)) is the main authoritative organisation in the Carnival Band movement.

Formed in Nottingham in 1936, over the years there have been more than 100 bands affiliated to the CBSL.
