Warrant has several meanings:

* Warrant (law), a form of authorization, such as
** A writ issued by a judge.

* Warrant (finance), a right, without obligation, to buy or sell something at an agreed price
* Payroll check, in the military and government entities, sometimes referred to as warrants that are not drawn against a deposit account.
* In epistemology, the theory of justification deals with understanding how beliefs can be justified or "warranted".
* Warrant (American band), a Glam Metal band from Los Angeles, California
* Warrant (German band), a German speed metal band that formed in 1983.
* Warrant (town meeting), a document used to call and outline a town meeting.

* Warranty deed, A type of promise or guarantee, often given as part of a deed or contract. For example, a contract to sell a house might include a clause such as, "The seller does warrant that they are the owner of the property, and have the legal authority to sell the property under the terms of this contract."
