List of non-endemic ant species introduced to Great Britain

List of non-endemic ant species introduced to Great Britain

The following is a list of the "non-endemic" introduced ant species and subspecies which have been recorded in Great Britain. For native ant species, see List of common names of British ant species.

The list consists of species names followed by the name(s) of the observer(s) who reported their presence. Subspecies are distinguished but listed in the same entry with the rest of the species.

Inclusion on this list "does not" imply that a species has, at any time been "established" in Britain, merely recorded there. For "established species only" see List of the common names of British ant species.

Also see ants, British ants and Horace Donisthorpe.
