Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (NASDAQ|COKE), headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in the United States, producing, marketing, and distributing nonalcoholic beverages -- primarily licensed products of the Coca-Cola Company -- in North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia, and portions of Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida.
