Based in Nashville, Tennessee The FlatSigned Press is an internet, retail rare book and publishing company specializing in the publishing of rare and collectible, Limited Edition, hand signed (autographed) books. Tim Miller is President, CEO and sole proprietor.
Founded in 1998, FlatSigned.com is the parent company of FlatSigned Rare Books and FlatSigned Press, Inc. In 2004 Flatsigned.com started a sub-division FlatSigned Press, Inc. which published its first book; a leather-bound, limited edition of three thousand hand signed copies of
President Gerald R. Ford 's final book "TheJohn F. Kennedy Assassination: Report of the Warren Commission". Ford was the last surviving member of the Warren Commission. A trade edition of this same book was released after the death of President Ford.This edition of Warren Commission Report was published with a completely new foreword written by President Gerald R. Ford giving more detail and his then current thoughts on subjects ranging from the Kennedy assassination to 9-11 and his connections to the administrations of George H.W. and George W. Bush. In the following months FlatSigned Press, Inc. published and released matching limited edition signed books from such noted authors as moonwalker and astronaut
Buzz Aldrin and Lt. GeneralHarold Moore , the commander of the very first battle of the Vietnam War. The two titles from Astronaut and Moonwalker Buzz Aldrin are "Encounter With Tiber" where the lettered editions are also hand signed by "2001: A Space Odyssey" author SirArthur C. Clarke , and "Men From Earth". The one-hundred Deluxe Editions of the "Tiber" book were hand signed by both Buzz Aldrin and Sir Arthur C. Clarke. All three thousand of Aldrin's Limited and Numbered Edition book "Men From Earth" and "Tiber" published by FlatSigned Press were hand signed by Aldrin. The title from Harold (Hal) Moore is "We Were Soldiers Once...and Young", made even more famous by the movie starringMel Gibson of the same title.External links
