Everything's Alright is credited to Mojos Nicky Crouch, John Konrad, Stu James and Keith Karlson, alongside one Simon Staveley. Only Karlson, James and Stavely are credited as writers of the b-side, "Give Your Lovin' To Me".

David Bowie recorded a version of the song for his "Pin Ups" album in 1973.
