Twin Tiers CW is the CW affiliate for Elmira, New York and the surrounding region. It currently broadcasts exclusively on cable with a planned expansion to digital broadcast. It is operated by WENY-TV and The CW Plus.

TTCW was founded as "WBE," a member of The WB 100+ Station Group cable service.

For the launch of The CW to replace UPN and the WB in September 2006, the station adopted its current branding, became Twin Tiers' CW, and ceased usage of the WBE calls. It is also carried on most cable systems.

When WENY's flash-cut to digital service begins, TTCW's programming will be seen on WENY's digital signal.
