Atwima District

Atwima District

The Atwima District is a district in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The Atwima Mponua District was split off by a decree of president John Agyekum Kufuor on November 12, 2003, the remainder is since then officially called the Atwima Nwabiagya District.
