The present station was opened in 1989 and serves the villages ofTutbury inStaffordshire ,England and Hatton inDerbyshire ,England . Due to spatial restrictions at the location chosen, the platforms are not opposite one another, but instead straddle the A511 road, where asignal box controls thelevel crossing . The station is unmanned, but still retains its original waiting shelters. All services are provided byEast Midlands Trains .External links
