Derbisol is a fictitious drug used in questionnaires by some academic surveys to test the reliability of answers received from students.
Some such questionnaires give Derbisol the slang names "DB", "derbs", "dirt", "wagon wheels", and "hope". [1] [2]
Other common fictitious drugs used in questionnaires are shimeron and metabene [3].
Other uses
- This drug information web site (in Korean) seems to use "Derbisol" as a trade name for Clobetasol.
Distinguish from
- Debrisol is an enzyme wound-spray for dogs, horses, pigs, and sheep. [4]
