Telford Town Park is a large park, occupying 1.7 square kilometres of land adjacent to the main shopping centre in
Telford ,Shropshire ,England . The park features a lake and extensive grass areas. Additionally, the park includes the '
Maxell Cherry Gardens', which are a popular place for people to sit and relax. There is also a large play area opposite the lake, with play equipment intended to cater for most age groups of children. A "senses garden" is located in the park, which is intended for the blind anddeaf .The
South Telford Heritage Trail begins and ends at Malinslee Chapel in the park and several historical waypoints are located in the park including Randlay Pool, Blue Pool and the Stirchley Chimney.Adjacent to Telford Town Park is the Telford Ice Rink, home to
