Breuer started at Geelong and played every game in Geelong's
AFL Grand Final years of 1994 and 1995, having 50 games on the board after only 2 seasons. He was a magnificent on-baller whose best year was in 1995 where he also booted 40 goals.Port Adelaide career
After a solid year in 1996, Breuer went to play with Port Adelaide in their inaugural year in 1997. He lasted 3 seasons but never reached the heights he did at Geelong. Breuer kicked Port's first goal in the AFL.
Breuer is coach of Kalkee in the Horsham district league.
