The Royal Australian Army Educational Corps (RAAEC) is a specialist corps within the Australian Army, made up entirely of commissioned officers in the specialist service officer - professionally qualified stream. The majority of the corps are civil qualified teachers; however, additional IT specialists have been laterally recruited to manage the computer based learning packages within the TTC. RAAEC is responsible for many education focused areas of military training, including the development and implementation of technology-based training, developing training courses, training Staff Cadets in communication skills, managing and conducting long distance education, teaching English to foreign students, analysing education proposals and delivering literacy and numeracy programs.

* Training Technology Centre (TTC), Sydney, Brisbane, Albury/Wodonga
* Defence International Training Centre (DITC), Laverton - Victoria
* Major Training Establishments, in Victoria, New South Wales, Canberra and Queensland
* Individual training centres, located in every state.
* Overseas postings.

The Corps was established on 18 April 1941 under the direction of Colonel R.B. Madgwick.
