Carolina Beverage

Carolina Beverage Corporation is the manufacturer/distributor of such soft drinks as Diet Rite, Cheerwine, Diet Cheerwine, Blue Mist, Cool Moon, and Brownie Chocolate. Carolina Beverage Corp. is headquartered in Salisbury, NC. It is privately owned, with 98 percent of shares controlled by the Ritchie family, which also owns Cheerwine Bottling Company.
