Baron Stawell

Baron Stawell

The title Baron Stawell was created in 1683 for Ralph Stawell. This creation became extinct after the death of the 4th Baron in 1755 but was re-created for his daughter, Mary (the wife of Henry Bilson-Legge) in 1760. This creation also became extinct upon the death of the second baron in 1820.
