Arthur K. Atkinson

Arthur K. Atkinson was president of the Wabash Railroad in the mid-20th century. In 1949, he served as a director for the Chicago Railroad Fair. [Chicago Railroad Fair Official Guide Book (1949).]

Legacy

Railroad car ferry number 6 owned by Ann Arbor Railroad was named "Arthur K. Atkinson" in his honor on March 14 1959, when it returned to the Great Lakes after a rebuild. [Hanley, M.
